All purchases are denominated in Canadian dollars.

The purchase of goods or services is a contract between you and:

Unless indicated otherwise, delivery of goods and services will be at this address. Services delivered elsewhere would include events taking place away from the club.

PRGS Payment Policy

Via credit card through this registration site.

Via e-transfer to office@prgymnastics.ca - - please use the password gymnastics

Via cash in the office (limited hours so check our website for when we are open)

Or via other arrangements as have been authorized by PRGS office staff.

It is the parent’s responsibility to make payments on time. A $25 fee applies when a payment is declined for any reason.

Refunds

All purchases may be cancelled online before payment is made.

Once payment has been made you must contact the registrar for refund. Refunds requested immediately after payment will not be unreasonable withheld.

Some Purchases May Not Be Fully Refundable

In some cases a refund is not possible or the refund may be prorated. The amount of the refund can be affected by:

• The amount of time left before the service starts.
• Costs related to merchandise including but not limited to special order, delivery, processing and handling fees, cancellation fees.
• Products or services indicated as non-refundable.
• The club, at it's sole discretion, reserves the right to deny a refund if in the opinion of the club, they are unable to fill the vacancy, and there is no good reason why the family could not have cancelled sooner.

• Certain fees are collected from the family and may be remitted by the club to other organizations. These may not be non-refundable as the refund policy and cancellation fees are levied by the receiving organization. Examples would be provincial memberships and meet fees.
• In most cases the club will issue a partial refund if the gymnast cannot participate for medical reasons. These are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Membership, Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

Membership Cancellation Policy: All membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid prior to
your first class.

Program Cancellation Policy: Cancellation are allowed up to 24 hours after your second class.
Membership fees are non-refundable. The class will be pro-rated based on the two classes and less the
membership fee.

Time Limit

At the club's discretion they may set a limit on the time between registration and payment. This is due to high demand for certain classes.

When you register for a high demand class, a timer is displayed in the top right corner of your screen. Once payment is complete the timer goes away. If the timer counts down to zero your registration is terminated without further notification.
